Amore Vita proved she was back to her very best when scoring an impressive victory in the Group 1 Vicbred 3YO Pacing Fillies Final.
Sent forward to the breeze mid race by Chris Alford, the daughter of Art Major relaxed beautifully outside of race favourite Encipher.
Despite covering more ground, Amore Vita ground her way to the win by half a neck over Encipher.
It was her 13th win from 27 starts and takes her earnings to $375,553.
Bred and raced by Steve Dolan, Amore Vita is out of the McArdle mare Castellina Lover.
