Discount Structure

Save 10% when booking 2–3 mares, 15% for 4 mares, and 20% for 5 or more.*

Discounts apply across any combination of service fees for Alabar stallions and are available for mares under common ownership, provided payment is made within our standard terms.

*Please note: discounts do not apply to the service fee of Pebble Beach in Australia.

Service Fees

New Zealand: Fees for mares based in New Zealand are invoiced and payable in NZD and exclude GST.

Australia: Fees for mares based in Australia are invoiced and payable in AUD and include GST.

Working Fees
The service fee shown relates to the provision of semen only. Working fees are not included in the service fee shown. This also applies to mares served at Alabar where a farm working fee will be charged in addition to the service fee.

Semen Transport Fee

Alabar Australia charges a once per season Semen Transport Charge of $198 (incl. GST)* for every mare** bred to an Alabar stallion, irrespective of whether the mare goes in foal. This is payable on a 30 day invoice.

This charge does not apply to mares bred in New Zealand. For New Zealand based mares, Alabar NZ will invoice a semen transport charge as per their service contract

* Doses sent via Priority Shipping will incur an additional fee.

**Farm Pickup and Local Deliveries are exempt. Late or ‘Spare Dose’ orders may incur additional charges.
