Rock N Roll Doo (a son of Rock N Roll Heaven) took out the Maryborough Gold Cup on Sunday.
Coming off his stunning win in the Group 1 Len Smith Mile, Rock N Roll Doo was installed as favourite and did not disappoint.
After settling at the rear of the field, trainer/driver Michael Stanley took him to the front and from there he was never headed and won comfortably in 1:57.
Rock N Roll Doo now has to be considered one of the best pacers in Australia and will look to further those claims in the upcoming Victoria Cup next month.
Bred by Kevin Home Holdings, Rock N Roll Doo is out of the In The Pocket mare Long Live Lana.
