Ride High breathtaking again

Ride High continues to do things on the racetrack which no other horse has done before.

His touring speed show continued at Bendigo last night and it was his most explosive performance to date. Bendigo is an undoubtedly fast track but what Ride High did was unprecedented.

Beginning from the back line, Kima Frenning allowed the son of Art Major to find his feet early before quickly moving up to sit in the breeze at the bell.

He was outside of noted speedster Sirletic, but in reality Ride High was in a race of his own.

The third quarter was a blistering 26.1 and with 400 meters to travel Kima let him run and run he did. Ride High cleared out, powering home in 27.5 to win by over seven lengths and stopping the clock at an unbelievable 1:49!

The time absolutely smashed the previous track record of 1:51.7.

It was Ride High’s 14th win from 15 starts and definitely his most impressive.
