Imhavinagoodtime (Majestic Son – Im Havinaball) led home a quinella for his sire in the Vicbred Platinum Home Grown Classic at Melton on Saturday night.
Leading from barrier one, Imhavinagoodtime ran the field along at even speed and was able to hold off the fast finishing Majestic Mover (Majestic Son – Delightful Poppin) to win by a head.
Imhavinagoodtime was bred, and is raced by, John and Christine Yeomans and is now undefeated in two starts.
He possesses a unique pedigree as his dam is a pacing bred mare who won eight races as a trotter.
Majestic Son continues to lead the way amongst trotting stallions in Australia and is currently a clear leader on the All Age and Three Year Old Siring Premierships.
There are five Majestic Son yearlings on offer at the Nutrien Melbourne Yearling Sale this weekend.
