Always B Miki sires first Southern Hemisphere winner

Always B Miki is off the mark as a sire in the Southern Hemisphere.

Uncle Miki became his first winner with an effortless win at Bathurst last night. (Watch replay)

After working to find the front, the Chris Frisby trainee was able to dictate terms before sprinting home in 28.2 to win by almost four lengths.

Uncle Miki is out of the Village Jasper mare Balcony and was purchased by Frisby at the Melbourne APG sale from breeder Colin Duncan.

Always B Miki now has 20 qualifiers across Australia and New Zealand, so expect the winners to keep coming.
